Developers has been purchased by IFG Trust Services Inc. By
way of introduction my name is Daniel MacMullin, I am the
Managing Director and key person behind IFG Trust Services
Inc. I am a lawyer originally from Canada, currently
registered as a Barrister and Solicitor, non-practicing,
with the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been a
permanent resident of Nevis, in the Federation of St Kitts &
Nevis since June of 2000 and IFG Trust Services has been
operation since that time. In addition to myself our offices
in Nevis consist of three other full time staff members and
a consulting accountant.
IFG has worked closely with EDG for over six years as on
offshore service provider. Recent events in the United
States led Mr. Congdon to believe that his clients would be
best served by a company wholly locate offshore and as such
an arrange was made for the sale of EDG to IFG. Although Mr.
Congdon is no longer involved in the day to day operations
of EDG he continues to be a friend of the corporation and
makes his expertise available to us. We are hoping that the
transition will have no effect on the clients.
